Credit Builder Loan

At Denver Community, we believe it's never too early or too late to begin building or re-building good credit. Our Credit Builder Loan is designed to teach members of all ages how to do just that. The Credit Builder loan is a no-risk way to establish a credit history.

No money or credit history is needed to open a Credit Builder Loan. We simply loan you $500 or $1,000 and place it in a Share Certificate in your name. The interest rate of the loan will be 3% APR*over the dividend rate of the certificate. Over the course of 6 to 24 months, you will make regular payments to the loan, which will be periodically reported to credit reporting agencies. The best part is, when the loan is paid off, the loaned money is yours to keep, plus all the interest earned on the certificate!
